1. Open Internet Explorer and select Tools \ Internet Options.
2. Click the Security Tab.
3. Click Custom Level.
4. At the bottom of the Security Settings screen, select Medium from the Reset To list.
5. Click Reset and then OK.
6. Close all Internet Explorer windows opened.
7. Follow the Initial WebDesk Setup instructions at the beginning of the document and try to log into the WebDesk.
