The WebDesk Extractor utility must be installed on a machine that has access to both the data you want to import, and the WebDesk.

Please use these steps to install and run the WebDesk Extractor utility:

1.  Click the following address, or copy and paste it into the address field of your web browser:
http://marfocus.com/webexport/setup.exe

2.  Chose to Open or Run the file. When the download completes, the InstallShield wizard will run and complete the installation.

3.  Open the WebDesk Extractor icon on your desktop.

4.  Enter your first and last name, and then click OK.

5.  When the utility screen opens, click ‘Check for Updates’, and follow the prompts to update it to the latest version of the utility.

6.  Once the utility is installed and updated, it is ready for use. Follow the procedure for your specific loan origination program to complete the data transfer.
