Address Verification
When mailing letters, postcards and greeting cards it is important to know if mailing addresses are correct and deliverable. This eliminates time and money wasted on bad addresses. Mortgage Quest is integrated with a Data Quality Web Service from Melissa Data (www.melissadata.com).
Mailing addresses are uploaded to their website and checked against the National Address file of 128 million addresses. Returned addresses meet the USPS CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) requirements, which improve deliverability and reduce postal costs. Mortgage Quest automatically updates its mailing address fields with the corrected CASS certified address returned from the service.
Note: This service verifies that there is a physical location at the address provided. It does not verify that the person you are mailing lives at that address.
