In the letters manager, you can select an email attachment for an individual email. When the email is sent either as a single email or within a campaign, the assigned attachment is automatically added.

Record Merge Feature. Allows you to merge two records into one record.

When you add an e-mail address, the format is validated. A new report lists invalid e-mail addresses.

Broadcast E-Mail Resend. If the broadcast e-mail feature does not complete, you can resend which skips the all e-mail that was completed successfully.
