Mortgage Quest can now import and export records in Fannie Mae 3.2 format. This allows you to integrate Mortgage Quest with any Loan Origination system that support Fannie Mae formats.

Secured E-Mail Connection – This feature allows you to send Mortgage Quest e-mail through e-mail servers that require SSL capabilities, such as Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, or corporate e-mail servers.

An e-mail option has been added which puts the person’s first name in the e-mail subject line to personalize the e-mail and get around spam filters.

Mortgage Quest now uses the Microsoft Word Envelope template to print envelopes. This makes it easier to change fonts and also configure the envelope to work with different printers.

Mortgage Quest can add a footer graphic to all letters.

“Loan Modification” has been added to the Transaction Type field.

The pager field is now Alt. Phone field.

F2 copies the last name to the coborrower last name field.
